All articles submitted to this journal must adhere to the Focus and Scope as well as the Writing Guidelines established. The articles must possess scientific value or novelty relevant to the journal's focus and scope. Authors must ensure that the articles are written in standard English. For non-native English speakers, it is highly recommended to verify the grammar and clarity of their texts before submission. Articles submitted must not have been published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All submitted articles must be free from plagiarism. Authors are encouraged to utilize plagiarism detection software to check for text similarity (Turnitin is recommended). The journal's editors will also use Turnitin to check for similarity in articles. Submitted articles will be reviewed by at least two expert reviewers who will provide scientific feedback to enhance the article's quality.

The final decision regarding the acceptance of articles lies entirely with the Editor-in-Chief/Regional Editor (or with the assistance of the Editorial Board if necessary), based on critical evaluations from reviewers. The acceptance decision is solely based on the final assessment of the Editor, taking into account input from peer reviewers (but not solely from them). The publication process for accepted articles, including scheduling for publication, will be handled by the Editor-in-Chief, considering the article's submission date, geographic distribution of authors, and thematic issues.
